Blueprint. The Oilfield Training Course Built From 25 Years on the Water

This isn’t a certification program. You can buy those anywhere. Blueprint is the preparation that determines whether your certifications lead somewhere. It covers the mindset, behavioral standards, and industry knowledge that crews actually evaluate workers on, but nobody ever explains upfront.

What Blueprint Covers

The course is built around the realities of entry-level oilfield work. It is built on direct experience, not theory or general motivational content. What life on a rig actually looks like. What your supervisor is looking for in your first week. How to carry yourself, communicate under pressure, and position yourself for promotion well before most guys think it’s possible.

Step Inside the Oilfield

What This Is Not

Blueprint doesn’t replace safety training such as HUET, BOSIET, and H2S. Those are non-negotiables you’ll complete through accredited providers. Blueprint is the professional and behavioral layer that determines what you do with those credentials once you have them.

Who Blueprint Is For

Men aged 18–28 who are serious about building a career without a degree. Candidates who want to know what they’re walking into before they walk into it. Anyone who’s been turned down before and wants to understand why.

The Investment

$129–$149. Self-paced. Most members complete it in 2–3 weeks. The return on that time starts showing up on your first hitch.
